A strong support network

Having a community is proven to increase completion rates. Our partner organisations' apprentices gain access to a network for peer-to-peer support. Together, we can provide the encouragement, guidance, and resources needed to successfully navigate individual apprentice experiences.

Strengthen your brand

Organisations can enhance their branding, demonstrate commitment to the apprentice journey, and support the future workforce through Association partnerships. Partners also elevate their reputation to attract talent and make a positive impact on the apprenticeship community.

Boost social responsibilty

By partnering with the Association of Apprentices, organisations play a crucial role in ensuring that membership remains free for individual apprentices. This support also extends to start-ups and micro-organisations, allowing them to access benefits and attend events without financial burden.

As a fast growing, not-for-profit organisation we provide a community, learning & development, events, and support for apprentices of any age, programme, or industry, to help them progress during their apprenticeship and beyond. Membership for apprentices remains free as we are on a mission to maximise the potential of every UK  apprentice. We have three levels of partnership, as well as sponsorship opportunities available.

The Association of Apprentices provides a fantastic opportunity for apprentices across all industries to interact and collaborate and drive their agenda for development. At Lloyds Banking Group we promote the benefits to all our apprentices of being part of a growing network to share their experiences and learning. It helps drive a commitment to lifelong learning that goes way beyond the end of a formal apprenticeship programme.
