Welcome to the Onefile survey powered by the Association of Apprentices. This survey aims to gather insights and feedback from apprentices to enhance the apprenticeship experience.

Terms and Conditions 

Summary

Win a £50 (as described below) by taking part in the online survey and leaving your name.

Eligibility

  • Entrants must not be employed by AoA.
  • Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
  • Entrants must be UK residents.
  • Entrants must complete the survey by 30th April at 5pm. 

Entry

One entry only.

The draw

The person will be drawn at random, and the winner will be informed via AoA Connect/email.

The prize

The prize is a £50 e-voucher from a store of your choice.

Additional smaller prizes may also be given at random to participants and Association of Apprentices reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

Association of Apprentices reserves the right to replace the prizes with an alternative prize of similar value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so. The winner may not be informed of this before delivery and returning for a different selected product is not an option. The prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Cash alternatives or refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Administrative

Association of Apprentices accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, or damaged, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure.

The winner will be contacted by an Association of Apprentices host via email or a message on AoA Connect.

Association of Apprentices may ask the winner to confirm their full postal address and telephone number in order to have the prize sent unless a code can be sent via email. The winner will have seven days to reply in order to claim their prize. If Association of Apprentices does not receive correspondence, another winner will be chosen.

Please allow an extended delivery time for your prize.  If unforeseen circumstances occur and results in a delay of delivery, please do get in touch.

Association of Apprentices decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Who we are: The Association of Apprentices is the data controller and responsible for your personal information.  By completing this survey you agree to sharing your responses with a third party provider ‘OneFile’.  Your nae will not be shared however should you include your email address (optional) this will be.

What information we collect and why: Your details will be used to check your eligibility, select a winner; and to send out the prize.

If additional information is required and you fail to provide your personal information within 7 days, we will not be able to perform the contract we have entered into with you in relation to the survey.

Who we share your information with: Once selected, Association of Apprentices may share the winner’s name on social media to announce the winner of the prize draw.

Our lawful basis: We have a lawful ground for processing your personal information for the above purpose because the processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you in relation to the survey.

Marketing communications: Your communication preferences remain unaffected by entry into this survey. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive marketing at any time by ‘unsubscribing’ from any email from the Association of Apprentices.

Jan Richardson-Wilde

CEO, Occupational Awards Limited

Jan is the CEO of Occupational Awards Limited, a Director of the National Skills Academy for Food and Drink and an FE College Governor. She has over 35 years’ experience in the education sector in strategic and operational management of training programmes with colleges, private training providers, local authorities the voluntary sector and not for profit organisations. Jan has previously been a board member of the Learning and Skills Council, chair of the North Yorkshire Training Provider network and Vice-Chair of Yorkshire Coast College and a Governor of the Grimsby Institute for Further and Higher Education. She has extensive experience of education policy, apprenticeships, qualification, and curriculum development as well as business improvement.

Jan joined OAL in 2019, a leading non-profit industry-focused Awarding and End-Point Assessment Organisation, supporting a wide range of employers and of key stakeholders to succeed and surpass expectations. Jan is committed to continuous improvement and enthusiastic about improving the effectiveness, impact and quality of apprenticeships, education, and training in the UK and internationally. She has a wide range of experience of working in a collaborative context with employers and training providers to develop End Point Assessment, apprenticeships, and a wide range of vocational programmes.
