Key Findings That Matter

This year’s report reveals the impact of AoA’s bespoke resources and initiatives to a community of over 42,000 apprentices. Notable highlights include:

  • 95% of members value AoA’s development workshops and tailored resources in supporting common challenges such as work-life balance and time management
  • 7,632 apprentices have completed or are currently enrolled in AoA’s Career Development Programme
  • Top e-learning resources focus on Wellbeing, Personal Brand, and Progression – directly reflecting the needs of apprentices and employers

Why This Matters

The landscape of apprenticeships continues to evolve rapidly. This annual impact report provides crucial insights into what’s working, where challenges persist, and how AoA is helping to support apprentices through these challenges.

As we create brand new initiatives such as the EPA Hub, BuddyHub, and expand pre-existing initiatives such as the ‘Get Ahead’ series to include line managers in 2025, data-driven insights ensure our resources address the most pressing needs of the apprenticeship community.

Implementing Change That Works

AoA encourages all stakeholders in the apprenticeship ecosystem to review the findings and share insights with your organisation. For organisations not yet partnering with AoA, these findings demonstrate the clear return on investing in apprentice success through one cost-effective solution.
