We are pleased to invite you to the BIG Apprentice EPA Conference 2023

08 March 2023

The Association of Apprentices is delighted to invite you to the 3rd in our series of 2023 expert virtual masterclasses, exclusive to AoA members, designed to support you to be the best version of yourself.

We know from our member feedback that EPA is one of the most stressful times during the apprentice journey and preparation is high on your agenda.  To support your success we are excited to offer you the opportunity to attend this unique Apprentice EPA Conference, sponsored by End Point Assessment Organisations, NCFE, Innovate, OAL and Accelerate People, where you will:

  • Discover the different assessment methods used for EPA; what good looks like, pitfalls to be aware of and gain hints and tips to get your started on your path to success.
  • Discover pragmatic steps you can take to prepare for your EPA.
  • Understand what support is available to you through your employer and training provider.

You will have the opportunity to hear directly from End Point Assessment Organisations, where you can gain technical knowledge to support you with your EPA.  This will also help to reduce any fear, mystery or misconceptions you may have around EPA.

There will be 4 workshops available:

Workshop 1 – Knowledge tests.

Workshop 2 – Portfolio and professional discussion.

Workshop 3 – Observation and questioning.

Workshop 4 – Project and questioning.

To further support you with your EPA preparation don’t miss our Masterclass 4 – BBC’s Learn how to present yourself and Masterclass 5 – Boost your mental health with Sam Bishop.

Don’t forget our masterclasses can count towards your ‘off the job training’ and continuing professional development.
