This month we’re super excited to invite you to the Association of Apprentices’ exclusive online Masterclass – The Assessment Toolkit 🔧 in partnership with OAL.
Assessment can feel like one of the most stressful parts of your apprenticeship, but it doesn’t have to be. This interactive masterclass is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and practical tools to take control of your assessments.
During this interactive 90-minute workshop, you will:
Learn how to map your KSBs confidently — with simple, practical ways to link your day-to-day work to the standards
Get clear guidance on building a strong portfolio — what good evidence looks like, how to structure it, and common mistakes to avoid

Meet your hosts:
Lee Reddington – Partnership Director at Occupational Awards Limited (OAL)
As Partnership Director at OAL, Lee oversees all aspects of business development, marketing, and communication strategy. He is responsible for managing relationships with employers and training providers for one of the UK’s leading End-Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs).
For more than seven years, Lee has driven OAL’s growth from a niche EPAO operating in two specialist sectors to a nationally recognised organisation offering EPA for over 50 apprenticeship standards. He has built and maintained strong partnerships with Independent Training Providers, Colleges, and Universities, as well as some of the UK’s and the world’s most iconic brands, including BAE Systems, Coca-Cola, Disney, Ferrero, Heineken, Kraft Heinz, Mars, Müller, Nestlé, NHS, Princess Yachts, RNLI, Royal Mail, Sunseeker, Travis Perkins, Unilever, and Waitrose.
Originally an apprentice himself, Lee brings over two decades of experience in Further Education and Apprenticeships, having held roles spanning teaching, assessment, quality assurance, and consultancy. His expertise covers delivery, assessment, quality assurance, product development, management, and strategic consultancy.
Lee holds degrees and postgraduate qualifications from three of England’s most prestigious universities—Leeds, Nottingham, and York—including a Postgraduate Certificate in Post-Compulsory Education and a Master’s in Strategic Leadership and Management.
Hollie Nasralla – Product Development Manager at Occupational Awards Limited (OAL)
Hollie is the Product Development Manager at Occupational Awards Limited (OAL), leading the team responsible for developing apprenticeship assessments and qualification products. She oversees the creation of high-quality resources and assessment documentation that support apprentices, employers and training providers in understanding and preparing for End Point Assessment (EPA).
In addition to her leadership role, Hollie delivers training webinars on EPA processes, key sector trends and assessment methods, providing valuable insight to those preparing apprentices for successful assessment outcomes.
Hollie has worked in Apprenticeship Assessment for the past 7 years. Alongside her work in product development, she has also served as an Independent Assessor across a range of apprenticeship standards. This practical assessment experience strengthens her ability to design effective, relevant and supportive resources for all stakeholders involved in the EPA journey.
