Being healthy is not just as simple as how you feel physically. The World Health Organisation defines 'health' as "a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing". 

Being an apprenticeship can be stressful and can take a lot of your energy – so it’s time well spent to look after your wellbeing. Explore our tips on looking after yourself properly – so that you can do well in your job and make the most of life outside work.
